    SBK provides premium outsourced accounting and tax— bookkeeping, financial reporting, bill pay/AP, payroll, forecasting, advisory and annual tax filing— so you get clear, timely numbers without managing an in-house accounting team.

  • What services do you provide?

    Core services include bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll and AP/AR management, budgeting/forecasting, cash-flow management, clean-up projects, tax, and virtual CFO-level advisory. We also help with software migrations (QuickBooks Online, Xero) and training.

  • What makes you different?

    We’re relationship-first, focused on clarity of the problem before the solution — and we prefer a simple Right-Fit Meeting to start.

  • What is a “Right-Fit Meeting”?

    It’s a short call to confirm we’re a good match, surface your goals and pain points, and explain next steps. This keeps things simple and relational up front while making sure we scope your needs accurately.

  • How is pricing structured?

    SBK uses flat monthly pricing based on the scope of services. The Financial Assessment is billed up front, and if clean-up work is needed, it’s priced separately before weekly and monthly rhythms begin.

  • How does the process work?

    We start with a paid Financial Assessment to understand your current books and needs. Then we present a tailored proposal, begin onboarding, and—if needed—do a clean-up/renovation before transitioning into ongoing monthly service with regular reporting and reviews.
